Terms of service

1. The service
BRAVA is an AI-assisted creation platform available at createbrava.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you use BRAVA on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify hola@createbrava.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity from your account and for ensuring that members of your workspace use BRAVA in accordance with these terms.
3. Your content and results
You retain any rights you hold in prompts, trademarks, files and other material you provide. You authorize us to process them only to operate, protect and improve the requested service. To the extent permitted by law and the applicable AI provider's terms, you may use generated results; you must review them before publishing.
Generative system outputs may not be unique, accurate or free of third-party rights. BRAVA does not guarantee exclusivity and does not replace human, legal or brand review.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BRAVA to infringe rights, impersonate or deceive harmfully, create illegal material, exploit children, distribute malware, bypass security controls, abuse quotas or attempt to access other workspaces. You must also follow the applicable policies of the AI providers used.
5. Credits, plans and charges
Credits are internal usage units, not money or transferable assets. Recurring plans are charged in advance through Stripe at the selected interval. Annual plans receive the annual allocation after payment is approved. Renewals, cancellations, taxes and refunds are handled according to the information shown at Checkout, applicable law and the billing portal.
6. Availability and changes
We may change models, credit costs and features to maintain quality, security or viability. We will try to communicate material changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability; failed or stalled jobs receive an automatic return of reserved credits when applicable.
7. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend an account for fraud, security risk, nonpayment or violation. You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Termination does not remove outstanding obligations or provisions that by their nature must survive.
8. Liability
BRAVA is provided as is and within the limits allowed by law. We are not liable for decisions based solely on an AI result, indirect loss or unlawful use of content. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
